Steps to follow:
1. A support technician must be waiting in order for your connection. If you have not already initiated a support call with Millennium Software, you will need to do that at this time.
2. Click on the following link: Remote Helpdesk Software
3. Depending upon your version of Windows, you will be presented with a windows similar to the following window:
Click on the "Run" button.
4. If you are running Windows XP, you may see the following window:

Click the "Run" button.
5. Once downloaded, you will see the following window:
Click on either Support 1 or Support 2 as indicated by the support person you are working with and click the "Start" button.
Upon connecting, the Remote Helpdesk appearance will change to look like:

You can terminate the Remote Helpdesk support session at any time by clicking the Stop or Exit button.
