Hello,

Im trying to setup the eCommerce utility to use with zen cart, but i keep getting an error that the path could not be found, even though it does say that the connection is succesfull.

My Store is here: www.mywebsite.com/store/

My ftp Host is this: ftp00.myhost.com

When I browse in explorer to where zencart is installed: ftp://ftp00.myhost.com/webroot/Store/

What should I entered in "FTP Path" in the setup of the eCommerce??

Using Atrex 11.10
Import version 2.1.0.5

The connection and the path are different things.  The fact that it connects means that you have the host, login, and password correct.

When I browse in explorer to where zencart is
installed: ftp://ftp00.myhost.com/webroot/Store/

It will be either /webroot/store or /webroot/store/

I just finished configuring that myself today.

Try removing FTP:/ from your FTP path.  With my webhost, the FTP path worked with one leading / and with no leading slash.

ftp path:  /www.mysite.net/docs/catalog
this also worked:  www.mysite.net/docs/catalog
