Atrex Kept crashing and now seem to have unprintable service / invoices

Hi,

On Friday everything was working fine then went to print an invoice and I got the accessing data screen but nothing printed.
eventuallly I had to hand write an invoice for the customer.
Now when I go into edit Invoice the selction screen shows the concerned invoice with the correct total but when I go into edit it it says it cannot be modified.

Also I now have a few services from the same day that will not print. I just tried editing one of them and remove the stock item and Atrex just shutdown on me.

I then started up Atrex to go back into the service and it now says its locked as its being used elsewhere.

I tried printing another invoice to screen and it just counts up hundreds of pages so I cancel it.

I am currenly running a  batch processing with repairing tables and will let you know the outcome.

Re: Atrex Kept crashing and now seem to have unprintable service / invoices

After running the batch processing it doesnt seemed to have helped.

We can create services but cannot print them to a printer. If i print them to screen the it shows the service but will jobs duplicated and bottom left of the screen its calculates pages continously for report S05001*.

So far it has calcualted page 379 for report so5001 and its still counting.

Seemed to have found the problem.

Something has happened to our Service order Custom Report.
Just reload the standard one and it works fine.

Anyone care to look at the one that has gone mad on me and see if they can see a problem?

DAve.

No desire to look, but I can suggest that you will find that the Primary dataview is missing the speed table which will result in the report reprinting all your SOs.
