Inventory Import Errors

Ok I have been trying to do this until I am blue in the face here.  We are trying to import all of our inventory into v.12 through the import--->stock codes option.  The mapping has been gone over again, again and again and they are all pointing correctly to our data file fields.  We do NOT import the first record, as that is the fields record.

If we do an "Update Only" then it will import changes to existing records only.  But if we attempt to "Import & Update" or even "Import Only" we get this error message:

'Discount1' is not a valid integer value for field 'Disc1Mthd'

In our import file, which is a tab delimited text file, there is no Discount1, no reference of any sort to a Disc1Mthd or anything even close to it.  All we are trying to import is: StockCode, AltCode, Descr, Category, SubCat, Location, Cost, Taxable and GST

I fired off three email to support over the last 2 weeks on this without any reply.  Does anyone have any suggestions on this at all?

Download the current version and you will be good to go (http://www.atrex.com/downloads/atrexinstall.exe).

I reviewed the support log and there are two emails with your name, both responded to but not related to this issue, so there must have been some problem in sending/receiving.  Most support emails are answered within a hour or two so if you do not receive a response within 24 hours, you can presume that we did not receive your email.

Re: Inventory Import Errors

Thanks Mark.  I will try the re-install now.

I also checked my email logs and it appears that they did not go through due to the size of the emails, as I had included screen shots of the error as well as the import file.
