PCCharge is the one of the two to use.
 
Please also be aware that there is a third, and soon to be forth, option for processing credit cards without having to purchase additional software.  The details of this option are found on the following page:

What's the preferred solution today?  I would like to avoid spending $300 for software (pccharge) but would also like the lowest processing rate I can get!

Definitely give Versatalis a look.  There is no software to purchase as it integrates directly into Atrex and their rates are competitive.  The contact information is listed on the resources page (http://www.atrex.com/resources.asp).
