Restore Error....
Trying to do a restore from 3 days ago.  Atrex is providing the following error message:

ElevateDB Error #300 Cannot lock the database DirectData for exclusive access.

The file is not in use anywhere else.  In fact it is on flash stick.  Nothing running in Atrex, other than restore routine.

access.

If you are running anything earlier than 13.02, make sure that you pick up the current build from our site.

Beyond that, if you are are trying to restore to a folder other than your live data, you will need to close ALL copies of Atrex before you can do so. The path for the "DirectData" database is stored within the configuration file in the central folder.  So if you have 1 workstation open using a direct data connection, it can't lock the database entry in order to change it.

Re: Restore Error....
Actually, just figured out what it was.  We run the OSCimport routine and even though we had closed it last night Windows was still showing the process running.  Killed it in the Task Manager then everything imported ok.  Go figure :-)

Have you had anyone else report yet Terry that the OSCroutine is importing orders, but not bringing in the customer name or information?  We are just kind of working around it based on the order # but just curious if anyone else is having the problem.

Have a good one!

That would do it.

No, I have not had any reports of this.  I'll take a look at this later today and see if I see anything unexpected against our test server.
