We get a feed from our suppliers that we import into Atrex daily and part of the feed is their stock level. It would be good if Atrex had a second field in the product for this stock figure, and the oscommerce tool had the options to post to the website either our stock figure our supplier’s stock figure or the total of both.

A second suggestion would be to have the tool or Atrex to have an option that when selected automatically remove from the website any item that is out of stock at both suppliers and Atrex local stock .

Your suggestions are added to the list and as these are the first requests for these, it may be some time before/if they are implemented.
 
If you are not already using all the pricing levels in Atrex, you could import the supplier's stock into one of the discount fields and as these fields are exported by the ecommerce utility, you will have the information in your web site.  Modifying the logic that controls how items are displayed for the web site is then a relatively simple task.
