would it be possible to add in so when you got to open service orders. you  could change the status without having to go into the service order

Some kind of right click, change status?

also now when you right click there is window customization. there is a field for servicerep, but you cant add or change the columns.

 

where do you set service reps?

I will add this to the suggestion list.

where do you set service reps?

The Service Rep field is the first field on the General tab of the Service Order Creation/Editing window.  When you drag a column into the list of available columns, you will see the value entered in the service order.

anyway to save changes you make the open service order layour to all computers in our office running atrex at once or do i have to change it on all of them one at a time

Yes, the settings are unique to each workstation.
