Hi

Atrex Handles Debtors wonderfully, is there a way of introducing creditors as well, via the po so as to have an upto date  list of what we ow to whom..

When you do a receiving session from the purchase orders, there is an option to create a payable from the post receiving options window that is displayed just after completing the receiving.  You can create a payable via that option that specifies who you owe money to as well as how much.  You can then clear them as you pay them, or pay them through the banking functions.
